Your safety first

Safety & Quality Commitment

At HBEAUTY SAINT-TROPEZ, your safety guides every one of our choices.

Caring for your skin should always be a moment of trust. At the institute, safety and quality guide every step of your experience: the choice of technologies, the selection of products, the preparation of the treatment and the advice you receive. These commitments apply to all our services, from manual treatments to protocols using aesthetic technologies.

An expertise built on a dual competence as a State-Registered Nurse Anaesthetist and a beauty therapist, dedicated to a demanding approach to safety and quality.

Professional, compliant equipment

The devices used at the institute carry the CE marking and are sourced from recognised distributors. They are used in accordance with their indications and with the protocols set by their manufacturers, after a prior discussion, and are regularly maintained. The cosmetics used come from recognised professional brands, such as Valmont and Mesoestetic, selected for their quality and traceability.

A qualified practitioner, aware of the risks

Hadda holds a diploma in beauty and cosmetics and trained as a State-Registered Nurse Anaesthetist (IADE). This dual background gives her a genuine culture of safety, asepsis and risk management inherited from the hospital environment, together with a precise understanding of the body and of contraindications, combined with mastery of aesthetic technique. She approaches every treatment conscientiously and rigorously, strictly within the scope of her professional remit: she only performs services that fall within her field of competence, and refers clients to a doctor whenever a situation requires it. She also regularly updates her knowledge through training specific to the protocols and devices she offers — provided by partner brands and manufacturers — and by attending professional congresses and events.

A systematic prior discussion

Before every treatment, a personalised discussion and a skin assessment help us understand your expectations and tailor the service. A questionnaire is completed to identify any precautions to be taken. Where a situation calls for it, a treatment may be postponed, adapted, or advised against, and you will then be invited to seek the advice of a healthcare professional. Your interest and safety always take priority over carrying out a treatment.

Precautions taken seriously

Some situations require particular care or may prevent a treatment: pregnancy and breastfeeding, a pacemaker or implants, an active herpes outbreak, certain medication (photosensitising, anticoagulants…), or certain skin conditions. These precautions vary from one service to another; they are detailed on each treatment page and systematically reviewed with you before starting. In case of doubt, referral to a doctor is preferred.

Transparency and realistic results

The treatment process, the sensations you may feel, any after-effects and the recommended number of sessions are explained to you before starting. The institute is committed to providing honest information and never promising exaggerated results: every skin is unique and responds at its own pace.
