FAQ

Treatment process, pain levels, contraindications, booking... all the answers before your first appointment.

How does a first session work?

Details

Every first appointment begins with a personalised skin diagnosis, allowing us to identify your needs and suggest the most suitable protocol. The treatment process, expected results and recommended number of sessions are explained to you before starting.

Are the treatments painful?

Details

The vast majority of treatments offered (radiofrequency, LED photobiomodulation, manual rituals...) are painless and allow an immediate return to your activities. Some more intensive protocols (deep peeling, HIFU) may cause a brief sensation of warmth or tingling, always explained beforehand.

How many sessions are needed to see results?

Details

It depends on the treatment and your goal: some protocols offer an instant glow effect from the first session, while others are part of a course of several spaced sessions for progressive, lasting results. The exact number is always specified during the diagnosis.

Do I need recovery time after treatments?

Details

No, most of the treatments offered allow an immediate return to your activities right after the session. This is particularly the case for radiofrequency, HIFU, Biorevitalisation Absolue and LED photobiomodulation.

What are the general contraindications?

Details

They vary depending on the treatment (pregnancy, pacemaker, active herpes, photosensitising or anticoagulant medication are the most common). Each treatment page details the specific contraindications, and this is systematically reviewed with you before the session.

How do I book an appointment?

Details

Online 24/7 via Planity, by phone or directly via WhatsApp. A confirmation is sent to you immediately after booking online.

What happens if I'm late?

Details

Please let the institute know if you're running late: beyond 15 minutes, the treatment duration may be reduced, and the appointment may be cancelled if the delay is too significant.

Can I bring someone to my appointment?

Details

To ensure your comfort and the quality of the treatment, we ask that you come to your appointment alone.

What payment methods do you accept?

Details

Payment is accepted by card or cash.

Where is the institute located and where can I park?

Details

The institute is located at 14 rue des Tennis de Tabarin in La Croix-Valmer, in a quiet residential area with parking available nearby.

What are your opening hours?

Details

The institute is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7:30pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Are the treatments suitable for all skin types?

Details

Yes, protocols are personalised according to your skin type and condition during the initial diagnosis; some treatments, such as Mesoestetic peels, are suitable for all phototypes.
